Band Protocol will enhance cross-chain operation by unveiling phase 2 of band Oracle V3

By launching the second phase of Band Oracle V3, Band Protocol plans to increase support for router protocols, Axelar, and Cosmos. This development greatly expands the availability of the band Oracle V3, making it a prominent infrastructure provider when it comes to real-world asset tokenization and the Defi sector. A unique feature that appears in this phase is the integration of the IBC-Hook route.

This allows blockchains within the COSMOS ecosystem to use current inter-blockchain communication token transaction channels. In this respect, they have access to the band’s Oracle data. This streamlines the onboarding procedure for cosmos-based chains, bringing accurate price feeds for bands, driving a growing ecosystem.

Driving Defi, RWA and gaming apps with unparalleled interoperability

According to Band Protocol, it works closely with Axelar and Router protocols to utilize cross-chain routing capabilities. In addition, Band Protocol also focuses on partnerships with Axelar for the development of safe bridges. Transfers band Oracle data to a chain linked to Axelar. Overall, phase 2 of the band Oracle V3 TestNet leads to the future of unique interoperable Defi, RWA and gaming applications
