Circle Internet Group Company, a stable USDC cryptocurrency station, is New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)’s first public offer application (OPI).
The OPI offers 24 million Class A shares at an estimated price of between $24-$27 per share. Tickets carrying circle actions will be CRCL.
According to a press release issued by Circle, “These values registration statements have been submitted to the SEC, but have not yet been enforced. These values cannot be sold or accepted for purchases prior to the entry into force of the registration declaration.”
Circle joins other cryptocurrency companies already cited on the Bitcoin Industry (BTC) and the stock exchange. As Cryptootics reports, these companies include Coinbase, Marathon and Strategy. In the case of Coinbase, it is the first company in this market niche to reach the S&P500 index.
