Top Win International Limited, currently trading under Nasdaq’s ticker Sora, announced two major strategic investments this week, accelerating its pivot into Asia’s fast-growing digital asset market.

The move follows the company’s recent ticker change and a pending rebrand to AsiaStrategy as part of its merger with Sora Ventures, a domain expert on Bitcoin integration.

Strategic Investment

The Hong Kong-based company has disclosed an agreement to invest in HK Asia’s holdings and Metaplanet, two publicly listed companies recognized for aggressive adoption of the Bitcoin financial model.

This model involved holding large Bitcoin (BTC) reserves on the company’s balance sheet, promoting exponential stock performance for both targets.

Top Win’s investment in HK Asia Holdings includes the option to acquire shares on priority terms and offers asymmetric exposure with asymmetrical rises. The Hong Kong company has confirmed that stock prices have risen significantly since implementing its Bitcoin strategy.

In Japan, Metaplanet, which is often the equivalent of a regional strategy, is above 7,800 BTC and is currently valued at over $800 million. Since early 2024, the stock price has exceeded 3600%, reaching a market capitalization of $2.52 billion as of May 20th.

Topwin secures discounts on stocks and provides a cost-effective scaffolding in Japan’s burgeoning crypto equity landscape.

The company said it plans to expand similar investments across Thailand, Taiwan and South Korea.

Rebranding to AsiaStrategy

In addition to pushing the investment, the company has changed NASDAQ tickers from TOPW to SORA, strengthening its collaboration with Sora Ventures, whose founder Jason Fang has been appointed chairman of the board.

Fang is known for his active role in shaping the Asian digital asset infrastructure, and his involvement suggests a deeper integration of venture strategies into the company’s open market presence.

The board has also approved a formal name change from Top Win International Limited to ASIASTRATEGY awaiting shareholder consent and regulatory registration in the Cayman Islands.

The top win, which originally focused on luxury watch distribution, first unveiled Web3’s ambitions earlier this year. With the ongoing shift to digital assets, the company has placed itself at the intersection of traditional business infrastructure and the emerging Bitcoin balance sheet that sweeps through the open Asian market.
