Evertz Pharma will become the first German company with a strategic Bitcoin reserve, adding 100 BTC to the Ministry of Finance

9 months ago 2 Min Read

According to a press release, Evertz Pharma GmbH, a company focused on premium natural cosmetics, became the first to adopt a strategic Bitcoin reserve model by purchasing an additional 100 BTC in May 2025.

This adoption marks the continued expansion of our BTC Ministry of Finance. This began in December 2020 with the first purchase of 2 million euros of Bitcoin. Evertz Pharma has since allocated corporate profits to Bitcoin regularly, building digital reserves aimed at long-term stability.

“Our mission is to promote the beauty of nature with a scientific foundation,” said Dominik Evertz, managing director of Evertz Pharma GmbH. “The same future-focused mindset shapes our financial strategy. Bitcoin complements our reserves as a rare and globally tradeable asset and strengthens our long-term resilience.”

The company’s latest acquisition of 100 BTC makes it distinct from industry peers and traditional financial strategies. Tobias Evertz, Group CFO, said, “We are constantly evaluating additional ways to continue investing in corporate profits in Bitcoin and increasing our holdings sustainably.”

Unlike public Bitcoin adapters such as Strategy and Metaplanet, Evertz Pharma operates as a private German company.

“Bitcoin is not just an investment for us, but a strategic asset that perfectly complements our vision of stability and future resilience. At the same time, we are tailoring our financial strategy to the needs of modern sustainable operators,” added Dominik Evertz.

Everetz explains that Bitcoin is a valuable store, a hedge against inflation and a way to diversify reserves. This allows Evertz Pharma to preserve capital without the storage burden that comes with traditional assets like gold. The company’s financial strategy demonstrates its commitment to financial sustainability.
