Rain and Toku launch Stablecoin Payroll Infrastructure

8 months ago 1 Min Read

Rain, a global platform for issuing payment cards using Stablecoins, partners with Toku, which offers Token and Stablecoin-based payroll solutions. This partnership introduces a real-time, compliant Stablecoin payroll system for international teams.

Through this integration, businesses can instantly pay employees with stubcoins from over 100 countries, whilst meeting local compliance requirements. Rain’s infrastructure links with TOKU’s system that handles employment and tax regulations, allowing for smooth and legal payroll processing.

The system allows employers to calculate and distribute net payments while adhering to tax and labor rules. Payments will be resolved on-chain stablecoins such as USDG, USDC, RLUSD using platforms such as ADP, Workday, and Gusto. The funds go directly to employee wallets or digital asset accounts, helping to reduce the delays and costs associated with traditional banking systems. Employees will receive payments in the wallet they control using the rain-inducing card option.
