NFT (non-fungible token) sales rose 5.98% to $161.7 million, according to CryptoSlam data.

What is noteworthy is that market participation is active. The number of NFT buyers increased by 126.59% to 382,846 people, and the number of sellers increased by 124.15% to 341,290 people. The number of NFT transactions also increased by 2.48% to 1,703,436.

At the same time, Bitcoin (BTC) price continues to fall and is currently at the $106,000 level. Ethereum (ETH) also fell further to $3,800.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization shrank to $3.62 trillion from $3.78 trillion last week. However, the NFT sector is showing signs of recovery with an increase in market participants.

45.com leads, followed by Pudgy Penguins

The 45.com collection on Ethereum took the top spot with $31.28 million in sales from 9,607 transactions. This collection had 4,980 buyers and only 5 sellers, resulting in flat growth of 0.00%.

Pudgy Penguins secured second place with sales of $15.61 million, an increase of 165.38% from last week’s $6.63 million.

Ethereum Collection had 252 buyers and 220 sellers participating, and 528 transactions were processed. LilPudgys also did well, rising 27.24% to #7 with $4.6 million.

DX Terminal on Base fell to third place with $9.99 million, down 23.84% from last week’s $13.03 million. This collection recorded 553,255 transactions from 106,605 buyers and 105,740 sellers.

DMarket remained in fourth place with $8.07 million, up 4.78% from last week’s $7.72 million. Mythos-based collections saw 215,010 transactions.

Bored Ape Yacht Club moved into fifth place with $5.47 million, up 2.78% from last week’s $5.3 million. This collection had 127 transactions with 73 buyers and 76 sellers.

Moonbirds came in 6th place with $5.32 million, down 20.23% from last week’s $7.01 million. Ethereum Collection processed 481 transactions.

Ethereum regains dominance

Ethereum returned to the top spot among blockchains with sales of $102.67 million, an increase of 23.45% from last week’s $86.46 million. The network recorded $12.54 million in wash trades, bringing the total amount to $115.21 million. The number of buyers rapidly increased by 71.47% to 33,535 people.

Bass fell to second place with $13.2 million, down 13.73% from $15.56 million in the previous week. Blockchain recorded $5.03 million in wash transactions with 226,471 buyers, an increase of 138.32%.

Bitcoin fell to third place with $10.11 million, down 27.76% from last week’s $14.04 million. The network had 8,388 buyers, an increase of 163.11%.

Mythos Chain remained in 4th place with $8.23 million, up 5.10% from last week’s $12.86 million. Blockchain attracted 23,647 buyers, an increase of 147.15%.

BNB Chain (BNB) came in fifth place with a decline of 6.75% to $6.51 million. Blockchain buyers were 21,523, an increase of 234.68%.

Solana (SOL) secured 6th place with $5.4 million, down 24.56% from last week’s $7.58 million. The network recorded an increase of 129.10% to 21,884 buyers.

Bored Ape Yacht Club #1878 led the private sale for $1.65 million (400 ETH) and was sold 6 days ago.

Four CryptoPunks round out the top five.
