ZKsync and Phylax launch on-chain finance architecture for institutions

2 hours ago 2 Min Read

TL;DR:

  • This architecture integrates Prividium as a private execution layer and Phylax for deterministic risk control.
  • The system enables native issuance of tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and real world assets (RWA) with complete privacy.
  • Thanks to zero-knowledge (ZK) proofs, entities achieve cryptographic integrity without exposing sensitive data.

The global banking sector has moved beyond discussing the importance of blockchain and focusing on the infrastructure required for its implementation. In this regard, ZKsync and Phylax have announced the following: “Bank Stack, innovative On-chain financial architecture for institutions fixed on the security of Ethereum.

This innovation is designed to solve the structural problems of fragmentation and high compliance costs. Problems that traditional companies have to face. By linking their mainnet to Prividium, banks can conduct confidential transactions while maintaining interoperability with global markets.

Privacy and operational security: pillars of the banking stack

Unlike other products, this architecture is divided into three integration planes: We offer everything from blockchain platforms to governance services. On the one hand, Prividium acts as an institutional transaction layer, enabling predictable performance and rapid deployment without rebuilding the infrastructure from scratch.

Phylax, on the other hand, introduces runtime controls that act as “circuit breakers”.These mechanisms enable the establishment of deterministically enforced limits and security policies that prevent anomalous transactions from being executed on-chain.

Additionally, the proposal includes a native identity and compliance layer that transitions KYC/AML. Regulation can be built directly into the logic of the asset. This transforms regulatory compliance from an operational burden to an architectural guarantee and facilitates real-time auditing and reporting.

In summary, the bank stack marks the beginning of an era in which institutional finance operates in a shared and programmable manner.. With the ability to settle flows instantly and manage risks reliably, ZKsync and Phylax Building the rails of the future of finance Ethereum.
