Github activity is one of the key metrics for measuring the level of development of cryptocurrency projects, and therefore reveals which projects developers are focused on. According to updated data released last week, Cardano (ADA) ranked at the top of developer activity.
The data is based on the number of commits (changes record) in the project’s open source GitHub repository.
Last week, there are 15 altcoins with the highest developer activity and weekly commit counts.

However, when looking at ecosystem-based instead of Altcoins, the Ethereum Ecosystem was first ranked by a developer activity score with a commit of 23,570. It was followed by 14,728 Skale and 3,795 Cosmos.
