Daehong Communications, a subsidiary of Lotte Group, one of South Korea’s leading conglomerates, has announced the launch of a blockchain ecosystem focused on a new “Money Movement” in the Aptos blockchain.
At the time of writing, Aptos’ price (APT) was trading around $4.53.

In the first phase of the project, Giftiel, Daehong Communications’ mobile gift voucher service, was integrated with the Aptos blockchain.
The move aims to make digital coupons and mobile gift systems more transparent, secure and traceable by moving them into blockchain infrastructure.
Lotte Group, one of Korea’s largest retail and business groups, is also stepping up its digital transformation efforts with investments in blockchain and Web3 technology.
This integration of Daehong Communications is considered the first step in Lotte’s broader vision for blockchain-based payments and loyalty systems.
