Audc Pty Ltd, the publisher of Australia’s Digital Dollar (AUDD), is a partner with Hedera and has launched Stablecoin for the Hedera network. This is the first time that Australian dollar Stablecoin has been issued directly on Hedera using Token Service (HTS). It is also Hedera Stablecoin Studio’s first commercial deployment.

With this launch, audd can be sent, received and held via a Hedera-compatible digital wallet.

Hedera’s AUDD offers regulated, scalable options for institutions that need compliant and efficient digital currency solutions. Support for Hedera’s high transaction throughput, low energy consumption, and Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatibility helps you meet the operational and regulatory requirements of your digital assets.

Integration with Hedera adds the presence of AUDD across multiple blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Stellar, XRPL, Solana, and XDC. This multi-chain approach supports broader interoperability and positions AUDD for use in distributed finance (DEFI), cross-border payments, and trade applications.
