Bitcoin creator Satoshima Sato may be richer than Dell CEO Michael Dell

7 months ago 2 Min Read

Nakamoto at, the elusive founder of Bitcoin, could be richer than Arkham Intelligence and Forbes suggested by Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell.

With Bitcoin at around $118,000, Nakamoto Satojima’s estimated value of 1.1 million BTC is over $129 billion, overturning the net worth of Dell founder Michael Dell, which is about $125 billion, according to Forbes’ real-time billionaires rankings.

Bitcoin set a new all-time high of $118,839 on Thursday, extending the rally after beating $112,000 the day before. This asset has now grown by 26% since the start of the year, earning approximately 105% over the past year for each TradingView.

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Bulknath suggests that if Bitcoin maintains annual growth rate of 50%, Satoshi could become the second richest person in the world. Analysts said in June that if Bitcoin continues its historic growth trajectory, Satoshi’s holdings could surpass the wealth of Warren Buffett and Mark Zuckerberg.

Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, has a net worth of around $143 billion, ranking seventh in the world among billionaires, but Meta co-founder Mark Zuckerberg’s $251 billion fortune comes third.

The exact amount of Bitcoin Satoshi held remains unknown, but researchers have identified specific mining patterns and addressed clusters that are believed to belong to the creator of Bitcoin.

The coins mined in the early days of Bitcoin have been sleeping ever since Satoshi disappeared from public places around 2010.
