Bitcoin’s processing strength exceeded its previous high of 946 EH/s, earning a new milestone at 970 EH/s that day. Currently, it is cruised at a hashrate of 967.20 eh/s. It’s shy of that fresh peak.

When prices bounced, miners also increased revenue. The estimated hashprice rose from $56.02 per petahash to $58.14 per petahash on computing output. That number reflects the predicted value of one petahash per second for hash power.
Hashrate jumps have made blocking faster and slower in under 10 minutes recently. Currently, the block is slightly faster, with an average of 9 minutes and 51 seconds. Currently, 187 blocks remain until the next difficulty adjustment.
As the block continues to reach this pace, the next difficulty shift can increase. The change was provisionally set on August 8, 2025 and is projected to increase by 1.46%, but that estimate may still change. Meanwhile, when you flirt with an EH/s with a hashrate of 1,000, Bitcoin approaches a hit (Zh/s) on full Zettahash per second, holding it steady at that level.
