The mining company said Tuesday that it reached an operational hash rate of 50 exahashes (EH/S) per second.

The company builds and operates more than 30 sites in Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee and Wyoming.

Vertical integrated setup helps energy procurement and operation control by CleanSpark, reducing costs and increasing uptime. “This reflects years of focused strategies, disciplined implementation, and a lesser commitment to doing things the right way,” CEO Zach Bradford said.

Hashrate is a metric used to measure the computing power behind a Bitcoin network. The higher the hash rate for a particular company, the more likely you are to earn Bitcoin rewards.

The company is currently preparing to expand its EH/s of up to 60, with Bradford saying the company is in “escaping speed” mode.

Meanwhile, CleanSpark’s digital asset management division has begun actively managing over 12,500 self-india Bitcoin to generate returns without issuing new shares and support expansion. “We are making sure that Bitcoin works in a way that efficiently mines, holds it responsibly and promotes shareholder value,” Bradford said.
