BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management company I plan to buy about 10% of Circle’s actions (Emisora de la stablecoin usdc).
As cryptootics reported yesterday on May 27th Circles will begin action on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) with CRCL tickets. The launch will take place on June 4th.
Information about BlackRock’s plans was released by Bloomberg based on those familiar with the issue. The useful institutions have made clear, according to these same sources, that “the details of the offer may change and BlackRock can either acquire participation or refuse operation through the vehicle or other affiliated companies.”
Remember that BlackRock is not new in the Bitcoin (BTC) industry or cryptocurrency. In fact, it is a broadcasting company and the largest manager of Bitcoin and Etasher (ETH) on the market.
At this time, there are no official comments or confirmations made by BlackRock or Circle spokespersons regarding the stock purchase plan.
