Boundless, Zero Knowledge (ZK) Computing Marketplace, incubated by Risc Zero, officially launches a mainnet-based platform, providing all blockchain access for verifiable calculations.

The milestone was released in July and becomes an endless “architecture” stress-tested under real conditions, and is based on the network’s incentive testnet.

In its beta stage, it was infinite like a decentralized market where developers looking for ZK proofs for applications such as rollups, bridges, and privacy protocols can connect with the ZK miners that generated these proofs.

The launch introduced verifiable proof of work. This is an incentive mechanism that rewards probers based on the amount, speed and complexity of the calculation. Community participation was strong and partially promoted in the hopes of $ZKC token rewards.

With the launch of the Mainnet on Monday, these features are now available for operation at a large scale. The team behind Boundless says it can provide verifiable calculations across chains, allowing developers to build applications that maintain privacy while scaling seamlessly across ecosystems.

Several key protocols are beginning to integrate bounless into the system. Wormhole integrates infinity to add ZK verification to the Ethereum consensus, making cross-chain transfers more secure.

A hybrid Bitcoin rollup, Bob taps infinitely to allow EVM applications to interoperate with Bitcoin, using proofs that take advantage of Ethereum’s liquidity while inheriting Bitcoin security. The staking protocol, lido, also deploys infinitely to protect validator exits with transparent proofs, enhancing the trust and auditability of its crypto assets.

“Developers of any chain can access a wealth of zero-knowledge computing and build complex applications that expand their ecosystems without sacrificing decentralization,” said Shiv Shankar, CEO of Boundless.
