When it comes to commenting on cryptocurrencies, perhaps only a few are allowed to hold back something without causing a public dispute. One of those people is undoubtedly Peter Brandt, a specialized trader who is considered a legend in the financial markets as he has been operating since the 1970s.

After nearly 50 years of trading and perhaps seeing everything about the financial world, crashes, hype, crisis, fraud, Ponzi schemes, the creation of giants like Apple and Nvidia – is definitely going to have enormous weight.

Peter Brandt’s dislikes Ethereum (ETH) hates Ethereum (ETH), the leading alternative cryptocurrency in the market.

Why? As traders themselves explained last November, the complexity and cost of use of Ethereum are “world-class awful,” which makes ETH a completely broken utility token.

Today he doubled the statement and responded to a post describing the gas issue within the Ethereum ecosystem, simply by saying ETH is a worthless junk.

It’s a considerable way to express your opinion on a $200 billion worth in two terms. How this statement unfolds remains an open question, but sentiment towards the biggest altcoin is split as before.

Ethereum prices are located where it existed in October 2023 and appear to be a true stress test of cryptocurrency due to a shake-up in the founding organization.

On one side there is a holder with little movement in price. After that, there are most of the crypto enthusiasts who are furious about technology, and then there are followers who are stuck with Ethereum no matter what.
