- Courtyard dominated NFT sales in April. This amounted to over $62 million, and Dmarket saw the most trading activity.
- Several other previous NFT projects, such as the boring Ape Yacht Club and Cryptopunks, experienced weakness in performance and sales.
- Dogezuki attracted most buyers, while Solana Monkey Business sold the lowest volume.
Recent data from Phoenix Group shows that the most popular NFT collection in April was the courtyard, with total sales of $62.4 million. This figure is 12.19% higher than the previous month in March, the only massive collection that has recorded double digits for monthly growth rates. We have also registered 497,749 transactions and 33,970 unique buyers to enhance our position as a market leader.

DMARKET was second in the period with 39.91mm sales, but fell 4.28% from previous month’s sales. It was short, but it was still the most trade-centric, with over 1.15 million NFT sales and 59,384 buyers, making it the best in the entire collection.
Cryptopunks was third in the company, with an estimated trading volume of $19.23 million. However, this collection witnessed very low activity, with only 147 transactions and 90 different buyers. The substantial difference between sales value and participation is not the general market as it indicates a one-time purchase without a return visit.
Guild of Guardians Slide, Tapluto Wizard climbs
The Guild of Guardians recorded sales of $1575 million. This represents a monthly decline of 11.01%. Additionally, market coverage was limited, with only 7,706 buyers and 16,519 transactions. Meanwhile, Taproot Wizard sales volume increased, bringing sales growth rates of $7 million and 3.37%. This is evidenced by the fact that 651 transactions have been recorded from 305 different buyers, suggesting that there was a positive interaction with the community.
The stocky penguins showed the least variability, reporting a 0.39% decline of $7.93 million. The boring APE Yacht Club also fell further, closing at $5.59 million, down 15.94%. It only sold 134 units of the Blue Chip Collection, indicating a decrease in consumer appeal for previous brands associated with the series.
On the bright side, the Mutant Ape Yacht Club showed more promising results, with daily sales increasing by 10.48% to $4,188. We recorded 879 purchases from 375 buyers. This is more evident in market support than in parent collections.
Dogezuki remains strong as Solana Monkey Business Plummets
Dogezuki was very active in terms of trading, selling about $3.43 million, a volume of 1.07% higher than the previous month. This project had the highest demand for concentration, with 73,066 wallets being used in all collections. It also ran about 75,000 transactions, indicating that the camp has had significant contact with a large client base.
The performances of Panini and Solore over the past month were mixed. Panini’s sales collapsed at 39.70, reaching $3.5 million and Sorare reached $3.9 million, reaching 23.99%. Panini still records 128690 transactions, while Sorare recorded 352204 despite its relatively low volume, indicating a vibrant ecosystem.
Solana Monkey Business’s overall trading volume was $2.89 million, down 36.95% compared to the previous month. It recorded 892 transactions and attracted 164 buyers. This proved that collectors are losing popularity. However, NFTS market sales fell in the first quarter of 2025, down 63% to $1.5 billion, from $4.1 billion posted between January and March 2024.
