Circle is returning to innovation by launching Circle Gateway, a new service for developers that enables integrated USDC balance management across multiple blockchains in a single unified view.
Previously, developers had to avoid managing funds across multiple networks, but now one integration is enough and you can access everything directly.

Circle connects dots: Easy flowability across the chain using a gateway
What’s interesting is that this gateway simplifies the cross-chain fluidity process. Therefore, USDCs can not only sit still in one chain, but can be transferred directly to another network without hassle. There is no further advance funding or rebalancing. Everything happens automatically. Users can also withdraw their funds freely without losing control. It’s fair enough, isn’t it?
Additionally, the service will be first tested on several testnets, such as Ethereum and Base. This may be good news for developers waiting for more “human” infrastructure. Furthermore, this integration is not alone. This works in harmony with the CCTP (Cross Chain Transmission Protocol) of the circle. It is used to burn and reprint USDCs between networks.
CCTP has previously launched a second version, and according to CNF reports, it is now available on Unichain. This update will make the USDC transfer process faster and support developer automation through features such as hooks.
A step towards a simpler ecosystem
Previously, in May, we also launched CPN MainNet, a blockchain-based payment network that enables instant cross-border transactions. The network is claimed to have supported major global corridors and worked with many strategic partners.
They want to provide an efficient payment system that can be monitored in real time. If we imagine a traditional banking world that is often slowly and thoroughly filled with bureaucracy, then the circle steps are like the shortcut we wanted.
Meanwhile, still in the same month, Circle Paymaster expanded its capabilities. Currently, EOA (Externally Owned Account) wallets can use USDC to make gas payments. This means that users no longer need to have ETH, MATIC or other native tokens just to send coins. This feature is also supported on seven major blockchains, including Ethereum, Arbitrum and Polygon.
All of these updates reflect not only Circle’s strong but serious commitment to building a collaborative USDC infrastructure. And for those tired of traditional models with too many “bats,” the Circle Gateway may be the turning point that has been waiting for.
