Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, has issued a key statement to the crypto community.
It appears Armstrong has copied Elon Musk’s playbook and applied it to Coinbase.
Work hard to build “Everything Exchange”
Coinbase CEO has announced that the team is continuing to work hard to build “Everything Exchange” as he used his account on the X social media platform to mention the platform he plans to convert to Coinbase.
According to Armstrong, the Coinbase team has “surged” in New York, making “all exchange advancements.” They worked every day from 9am to 9pm, the CEO said, adding, “The energy was amazing.”

Beyond US Cryptocoinbase
On July 31, CNBC reported that Brian Armstrong was planning to turn Coinbase into “all exchanges.” As part of that plan, Coinbase plans to allow customers to commence trading such as tokenized real-world assets, stocks, derivatives and early token sales.
According to Max Branzburg, Coinbase’s Vice President of Products, new features from Coinbase will be released in the coming months. He fully stated that the Coinbase team is building “all exchanges.” “Anything you want to trade on-chain, you provide all your assets on-chain, stocks, forecast markets, etc.” That will be the foundation of “faster, more accessible, more global economy.”
This expansion will make Coinbase a rival to the Robinhood app and the Kraken and Gemini exchanges.
Overall, Coinbase follows Elon Musk’s X suit. Apart from social media platforms, this is called “All Apps” and already contains a section of jobs. We also plan to launch a dating section and an internal payment system. In Turn, Musk is copying the Chinese Wechat platform. This was previously a messaging app, but now it has grown into a super app with many other features including food delivery.
